Guarantee/Agreement
The buyer agrees and understands that;
1) Puppy will be registered by one of the following: AKC,ACA,APRI or
other.
2) Cross-breeds may or may not be registered.
3) Puppy needs to be vet-checked within 48hrs after delivery to
insure it
did not contract some illness during shipping.
4) Before shipping puppy will be vet-checked as close as possible to
ship
date to insure puppy is not sick and as required by airlines .
5) Seller will not be responsible for the following problems that
may arise
due to the fact that they could have occurred during shipping.
a) Hernias
b) Luxating patella
c) Bordetella
d) Giarida
e) Coccidiosis
f) Hypoglycemia
6) SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OR WILL NOT AGREE TO PAY ANY
VETERINARY
BILLS FOR ANY REASON.
7) Puppy will be guaranteed for 1 year for
life threatening conginental defects
provided such
defects are documented by your vet and sent to us for our vet to
review.
ONLY REPLACEMENTS, AT BUYERS EXPENSE, WILL BE MADE---NO CASH
REFUNDS. The following are not considered defects to keep a
puppy from shipping: underbite, overbite, small umbilical hernia or
cherry eye.
8) Buyer is responsible for all shipping related fees: flight
costs, pet taxi, vet check and transportation fees.
9) Puppy will be up-to-date, per our vets recommendations ,on all
shots,
vaccinations and worming program required for it's age at time of
shipping.
10) Buyer will receive a copy of puppies records for their vet to
review and
recommend any treatment needed in the future.
11) Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a deposit is put up on a puppy
and for
any reason the puppy should die, the puppy will be replaced with the
next
similar puppy available or one of buyers choice.
12) NO REFUNDS ON PUPPY PURCHASE--Be sure
of your decision to purchase a puppy.
The following are not considered valid reasons for not taking you
puppy: My landlord said I can't have a pet; My girlfriends parents
said she can't have one; My other dog might not like him/her; My
friends cat didn't like her new dog so mine might not; I decided I
don't want/like that color; I decided I can't afford a dog. A CREDIT
for the amount left after sending the puppy to a new home will be
issued toward a new puppy at a later date. It will most likely be
less that amount paid since deductions will be made to offset added
expenses necessary to get the puppy to its new home.
13) By purchasing a puppy, you the buyer, agrees to and understands
the
terms of this guarantee/agreement. |
